CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM ON AN ORDER
You are unable to make changes to an order that has been placed and processed. If you wish to cancel the order please email us at [email protected] during business hours and we will do our best to try and help.
CAN I UPDATE MY ADDRESS ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
We have a limited time frame that allows changes to be made to addresses. Please email us within 1 hour of placing the order and we will try our best to help.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER
All our Customers can make purchases either via Debit or Credit card payments, which are all widely acceptable, fast and secure online payment gateways, which accept all major debit and credit cards.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER
All payments for orders placed will be taken on completion of your order. Please allow 3-5 days for the payment to show on your bank account statement. Please kindly note that the payment processing time will vary depending on your payment provider.
MY ORDER IS DELAYED, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?
Should your order not be processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Service Team will be in contact with an update within 24-48 hours (keep an eye on your inbox!).
HOW DO I MAKE USE OF A PROMOTIONAL / COUPON CODE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
If you have a relevant promotional code to use on our website, just follow these steps to apply your discount/coupon code. Just enter the code in the box labelled ‘Discount code’ at the checkout page, Click ‘Apply’ and if your basket meets the conditions of the offer, your code will apply.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS & MY EMAIL PREFERENCES?
You are able to edit your personal details such as your name, phone number, email address and password from within the My Account page.
WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, follow the FORGOTTEN PASSWORD link on the My Account page. Follow the steps and click RESET PASSWORD.
We will send a link to the email address you have provided, which will enable you to reset your password.
You can also sign up to hear from us about new product launches, sales, discounts, competitions, and exclusive offers via our newsletter.
Once signed up, you can unsubscribe at any time either via the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each newsletter or by the tick box in ‘My Account’.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes, we ship internationally to the UK, EUROPE, USA and CANADA
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET, WHAT DO I DO?
Once we have dispatched your order items, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email from support @eaudeboutique.com. You must notify us by email of the delay within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the items.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS MISSING OR I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM?
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your order is not as expected, please contact us via email “[email protected]” as soon as possible with your order confirmation number to hand.
HOW WILL MY JEWELLRY BE PACKAGED?
Your jewellery will arrive in standard reusable packaging. Depending on the items, your order will arrive in either a jewellery box or a mesh pouch.
CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Yes, all our customer deliveries can be tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking link in your shipping confirmation. You can also log into your customer account to check for details regarding your order. Otherwise, please email us at [email protected] and we can provide the necessary information for you.
RETURNS
CAN I RETURN EARRINGS?
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on all earrings and piercing jewellery types.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
In order to initiate a return or an exchange please email [email protected].
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping/postage costs when returning an item.
We offer refunds or exchanges, (exchanges will only be permitted for the like-for-like replacement of an item) and as long the items are posted back within 10 days of the date of purchase and are eligible for return.

Please kindly note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for all types of earrings or piercing jewellery due to hygiene reasons.

CAN I SHOP WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT?
Yes, you can shop as a guest. But we will still require your email. If you do wish to create an account, click on the “register an account “at the top right-hand corner of our website.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE EAU DE BOUTIQUE’S JEWELLERY MADE OF?
Our jewellery is made of 925 Pure Sterling Silver, Gold Plated Brass, Stainless Steel, Titanium and High-Quality Costume Jewellery.
We offer a number of plating: 14k gold, 18k gold and Titanium.
