CAN I RETURN EARRINGS?
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on all earrings and piercing jewellery types.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
In order to initiate a return or an exchange please email [email protected].
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping/postage costs when returning an item.
Shipping fees incurred by the customer when returning items are non-refundable.
We offer refunds or exchanges, (exchanges will only be permitted for the like-for-like replacement of an item) as long the items are posted back within 10 days of the date of purchase and are eligible for return.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for a Return:
All earrings, (We do not accept returns on earcuffs) Engraved products, Individual products in sets – The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 7 -10 working days of receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary.
Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.
All eligible items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn with no signs of wear or damage and in the original condition and packaging.
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund and/or size exchange and must be returned as a complete set.
All below items are non-returnable:
- Engraved and monogrammed products
- Piercing Jewellery

Please return the correct and complete item(s) for your return.
Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Eaudeboutique cannot reship or store non-eaudeboutique items mistakenly sent as returns.
